How do I send you my specimen?
Typically, we receive specimens from labs or physicians who need our help in providing a diagnosis. However, you can speak with your medical practitioner and ask that they send us your sample.
Can I get a copy of my report?
You have the right to review your report and will receive a copy, as will your medical practitioner, so that you can work together to find the best treatment plan for your case.
Will you bill my insurance?
Yes. We ask that you include a copy of your insurance card with your requisition paperwork so that we can bill your insurance.
When will I get my results?
In most cases, you will receive a report with 24 of our lab receiving your specimen. In an emergency, we can deliver results the same day.
In some special cases, results may be delayed an additional 24 hours to ensure the highest accuracy.

Your physician or lab may have referred your specimen to us. If so, contact us and provide us with your insurance information so we may bill your insurance.
